Can't think of anything to be grateful for?
Here are some fool-proof ideas to find something to be grateful for, no matter how gloomy the day is.
Maybe it’s just one of those days…

I cried a lot. I have memories of being too numb to cry, wondering if I would ever feel again. Or being too scared to cry, fearing what others might think. At least I’m not there. At least I could feel my feelings today.

I once heard a saying that goes “A healthy person wants many things, while a sick person just wants one thing.” I have that one thing: health. That’s pretty great.
-
I got out of bed. Some days, this itself takes courage.

I hope this helped spark some ideas. ❤️ Stay well, and stay you.
